Unexpected End of Life?

I think i'm dyslexic. I got this error message this morning and for about 20 minutes I thought it was trying to say "end of life" and not file.

I was seriously concerned. I didn't know of anyone's end of life and certainly not anyone's that would affect my photoshopping abilities.
